Features
C.A.S. Shell — The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.
- Anatomic and precise shape.
- Easier and faster thermo-forming.
- Easy customization.
- Can be punched to increase volume.
T-Hike Mechanism — The T-Hike is a lighter interpretation of the Zero G Tour Double Blocking Mechanism. It offers strong, progressive flex and great lateral power transmission. The shell is connected to the cuff at two separate points, and once in hiking mode it guarantees unrestricted walkability. In addition, the internal spoiler delivers unique solidity to the boot on downhill.
Power Frame — Thanks to the Grilamid® shell, the Zero G Tour Pro is strong, powerful and smooth while skiing. The Power Frame construction increases stiffness and torsional resistance, allowing to reduce the thickness of the shell without loss of performance. The new Zero G Tour Pro features 10% more range of motion compare to the previous edition.
Free Move — Thanks to the Grilamid® shell, the Zero G Tour Pro is strong, powerful and smooth while skiing. The Power Frame construction increases stiffness and torsional resistance, allowing to reduce the thickness of the shell without loss of performance. The new Zero G Tour Pro features 10% more range of motion compare to the previous edition.
Quick Instep — Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
Dyn Certified Inserts — The inserts of the Zero G make entry into all low-tech bindings easier. The inserts are positioned as far back as possible to improve walkability, and Quick-Step-in technology makes it easier to enter pin bindings.
Anatomical Shape — The new shape of the shell is more anatomic with improvements especially in the 6th toe, malleolus, arch and instep area.
Water Protection — Thanks to its double ridge construction the water stop system allow for optimal protection in all condition.
Women Specific Design — To specifically design the most relevant and best performing women’s products that will inspire confidence and enhance the experience for passionate and committed female skiers and outdoor enthusiasts. For Women by Women.
Eco Design — Old For New: The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
Material Traceability Program — QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specific ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
