The Artilect Flatiron 185 has a high wool-to-nylon ratio, allowing each piece to stay warm even when wet. I love the vented, "eyelet" panels that breathe fantastically well.
Storm Day Essentials
Look for a leather glove that's waterproof while still breathing well. The Black Diamond Tour Gloves are my favorite.
Emergency Layers
