We are so stoked that you've chosen to shop with us! We know you have many options and are so grateful for your support of small, independent retailers like Alpenglow Sports. We understand that things don't always work out and have crafted our shipping and return policies so that you always get the best product that fits your needs.

10 day return policy

We are happy to take returns within 10 days of the original purchase, or within 10 days of you receiving your online purchase. We require that products remain unused with original tags attached and in their original packaging. *We extend our return window whenever you are gifting items. We will take returns within 10 days of the recipient receiving the gift.  There are no returns on sale items, climbing or mountaineering equipment, and avalanche safety equipment.

Free returns, satisfaction guaranteed

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we will ensure you have the right gear with the right fit.  Contact us at info@alpenglowsports.com to get a prepaid UPS return label if you need to exchange for the proper size, or to return an item that isn’t quite right for you. A staff member will reach out to you shortly with any questions and to provide you with a UPS label.

Store credit available

After the 10 day period, we will accept returns for account credit (in-store purchases only) and exchange requests within 30 days of purchase. All products must be unused with original tags attached and in their original packaging, and the original sales receipt is required.

Shipping Policies

Our shipping department has a name, it's "Molly!" Molly works tirelessly to make sure you get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Molly also runs our events, and some days we have more orders than we can ship. On those days, the shipping department is called, "Stef," or "Max." We even get Brendan involved sometimes... Here's what we can promise to you about shipping your orders:

Free shipping on orders over $100

Okay big spender! Thanks for your incredible support. Your order ships free. Enjoy it! There is a $10 shipping fee on orders under $100.

Orders ship in 3 days or less

This could be one day but we take weekends, too! Three days gives us that glorious weekend break and enough time to ship as soon as we are back in the shop. Some products, where noted, may have a longer shipping window due to warehouse location.

Pickup In Store

We are stoked to support pickup in store as the most environmentally-friendly delivery option! Please give us a few hours to prepare your order. There are some instances where a product you ordered is in off-site storage. We will contact you with an estimated arrival time and will notify you when your product is ready for pickup!
