Performance Run Shorts
The Norvan 5" and Alta 5" are our favorite shorts for trail running. Both are unlined, so add your favorite compression shorts underneath, like the Smooth Flex Light Compression from SAXX. For a lined, loaded short, choose the men's TrailTech short from Raide.
Trail Running Socks
Choose Darn Tough for a higher wool percentage and narrower fit. The Ridge Runner is a zero cushion and the Pacer is ultra-light weight and cushioned. The Falke RU5 has a wider toe box and a performance blend.
