The Folkrm Tahoma Splitboard Poles collapse to 64 cm | 25 in. Small enough to strap to the outside of your pack for the ride down, long enough, at 140 cm, for poling out long traverses and flat exits. The 44 cm | 17.5 in Folkrm grip allows for on the fly pole length adjustments by giving you space to move your hand up and down the pole. The reinforced Patrol Plate Top Cap and Powder Baskets double as a scraper for clearing snow off your splitboard.

• Extended Ultra Density EVA Foam Grip — Folkrm's signature long grip that allows you to comfortably grab your pole in multiple locations for on the fly pole length adjustments. Now in an ultra density EVA, soft for all day comfort and tough enough for hand shears and snow depth checks.

• Toothless Adjustment Clasp — A durable clasp to set and fix the length of your pole. Adjust the tightness of the clasp with a thumbscrew, no tools needed.
• Patrol Plate Top Cap — The reinforced flat edges on both sides of the top cap double as a snow scraper, clear your skis or board without breaking stride. Built to take an impact, whether you're whacking cornices or bashing boo to set a rope line.
• Girth Hitched Straps — Connected by a simple girth hitch, through a hole on the back of the top cap, these adjustable pole straps can easily be removed and attached mid tour.
• 7075 Aluminum Alloy Construction — The highest strength aluminum in common use, the same spec found in F-16 fuselage panels and NASA's Mars Rover. It absorbs the lateral forces of a hard plant without flexing or fatiguing, season after season.
• Tungsten Carbide Tip — Used to strengthen armor on military tanks, tungsten seemed like a durable option for a pole tip. Yes it will hold up in pow and rocks.
  
• TPU Powder Baskets — Thermoplastic elastomer baskets built with edges designed with enough surface area to keep your poles above the snow when it’s deep but enough flex to not hold you back on the steeps.
