Uphill-focused or downhill-focused? With the new Radical Pro, there's no "either/or." The latest generation of this all-rounder combines proven strengths with technical innovations for maximum performance in any terrain. The revolutionary Hoji Lock system connects cuff and shell in downhill mode into a stable unit without backlash for direct power transfer, while allowing a natural walking movement with 60° cuff rotation in walk mode. Clever: Buckles and Ultra Lock Strap are linked to the ski-walk mechanism via a cable system. Just flip the lever and the system is put under tension. The new Flex Tongue provides progressive flex and precise skiing feel while noticeably reducing resistance on the ascent. For a firm yet comfortable fit, the new instep buckle can be precisely adjusted even with gloves using the ratchet system. The Vibram sole with Traction Lugs ensures optimal grip during bootpacking sections, while the thermoformable liner offers a perfect fit. The newly integrated boot board enables more precise, individual boot fitting.

• Driving Spoiler 2.0: The rear spoiler (patent pending) slides inside the cuff, allowing the widest and smoothest cuff rotation possible. Once the Ultra-Lock system is closed, it becomes locked with the cuff, building a super-stiff downhill structure. It also alleviates friction between the cuff and inner liner, which keeps the heel in place for better walk-ability and no blisters. The metal spoiler insert allows the user to adjust forward lean by simply removing or reassembling two fastening Torx screws.
