Features
THE boot for classic ski touring: The lightweight Radical Pro combines top-notch downhill performance with efficiency and comfort.
Uphill-focused or downhill-focused? With the new Radical Pro, there's no "either/or." The latest generation of this all-rounder combines proven strengths with technical innovations for maximum performance in any terrain. The revolutionary Hoji Lock system connects cuff and shell in downhill mode into a stable unit without backlash for direct power transfer, while allowing a natural walking movement with 60° cuff rotation in walk mode. Clever: Buckles and Ultra Lock Strap are linked to the ski-walk mechanism via a cable system. Just flip the lever and the system is put under tension. The new Flex Tongue provides progressive flex and precise skiing feel while noticeably reducing resistance on the ascent. For a firm yet comfortable fit, the new instep buckle can be precisely adjusted even with gloves using the ratchet system. The Vibram sole with Traction Lugs ensures optimal grip during bootpacking sections, while the thermoformable liner offers a perfect fit. The newly integrated boot board enables more precise, individual boot fitting.
- Driving Spoiler 2.0: The rear spoiler (patent pending) slides inside the cuff, allowing the widest and smoothest cuff rotation possible. Once the Ultra-Lock system is closed, it becomes locked with the cuff, building a super-stiff downhill structure. It also alleviates friction between the cuff and inner liner, which keeps the heel in place for better walk-ability and no blisters. The metal spoiler insert allows the user to adjust forward lean by simply removing or reassembling two fastening Torx screws.
- Hoji Lock.
- Quick Step In: The patented Quick-Step-In inserts provide 70% easier step-in to Dynafit bindings.
- Vibram Traction Lugs.
- Ultra Lock Strap.
- Buckle Microregulation.
- Flex-Tongue with Pebax for improved walkability
- UNI EN ISO 9523.

AI FAQs
AI generated FAQs about the Radical Pro Boot
How do I know what size to order?
The Radical Pro is offered in sizes 25 through 30, including half sizes from 25.5 through 28.5. Its 104 mm last provides a wide forefoot platform, while the thermoformable liner and integrated boot board support more individualized fitting.
Are these boots narrow, wide, or standard in the forefoot?
These boots have a wide 104 mm forefoot last. That extra width suits skiers seeking more room across the forefoot in an alpine-touring boot.
Can I adjust how snug these boots fit around my ankle and calf?
Three buckles, an Ultra Lock Strap, and a micro-adjustable instep buckle let you fine-tune closure and instep hold. You can adjust the instep buckle with its ratchet system even while wearing gloves.
Can I walk comfortably in these boots, or are they stiff?
The Radical Pro has 60° of cuff rotation in walk mode, with a Flex Tongue designed to reduce resistance on the ascent. Its Driving Spoiler 2.0 is built to maximize smooth cuff rotation and reduce cuff-to-liner friction while you tour.
Do these boots have good ankle support, or will my feet roll around?
The Hoji Lock system connects the cuff and shell into a stable, backlash-free unit in downhill mode. The locked structure is designed for direct power transfer, while the Driving Spoiler 2.0 helps keep your heel in place during touring.
Will these boots work with my current skis and bindings?
These boots are compatible with Tech bindings. Their Quick-Step-In inserts are designed to make stepping into Dynafit bindings 70% easier.
What kind of binding system do these boots use?
These boots use a Tech binding system. The Quick-Step-In tech inserts are built for easier entry into Dynafit bindings.
Will these boots support aggressive skiing, or are they better for casual runs?
The Radical Pro has a 120 flex and a Hoji Lock system that creates a super-stiff downhill structure when closed. It is built for advanced skiers who want direct power transfer and downhill performance in backcountry terrain.
How much feedback and control will these boots give me?
The Flex Tongue is designed to deliver a progressive flex and precise skiing feel. In downhill mode, the Hoji Lock system creates a stable cuff-and-shell connection for direct power transfer.
