Features
Like super shoes, in a bottle. The best performance upgrades are the ones that fit seamlessly into what you're already doing. Nomio is a 60ml shot you take 3 hours before your hardest sessions. And then you're ready.
Used by Olympic champions, world record holders, and competitive amateurs across running, cycling, triathlon and beyond. The effect compounds: the more consistently you use it, the more you get out of every hard week. If you care about your performance, this is where serious athletes of all levels are finding their edge.
- Research shows 12% less lactate build-up, letting you push harder during intense efforts.
- Oxidative stress support helps manage inflammation and muscular strain during intensity.
- Mitochondrial support may accelerate endurance adaptations.
- Accelerates recovery, lets you bounce back stronger.
- Effect from first usage and no buffering required.
- Completely organic with no additives.
ITC and Exercise Physiology
- Isothiocyanates (ITCs) are naturally occurring compounds found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli. They’ve been extensively studied since the 1990s for their diverse biological properties. Because ITCs are highly reactive and short-lived, obtaining significant amounts through normal diet can be challenging. Each Nomio shot delivers ITCs in a bioavailable form, equivalent to those typically found in around 2.5–3 kg of raw broccoli.
- ITCs have been studied for their linkage to NRF2, a key cellular pathway involved in the body’s response to physiological stress. Research suggests that NRF2 plays a role in maintaining redox balance during intense activity. This connection has made ITC a frontier of interest for the sports scientific community.
- NRF2 and Overreaching — During periods of hard training NRF2 pathways can be disrupted, causing slower training adaptations and mitochondrial damage. Recently, researchers have started investigating how increasing NRF2 could impact this relationship.

How should I use Nomio?
- Nomio is best included both in training and racing routines. Our recommendation is to take it 3 hours before hard sessions or races, as a hard effort routine. It can also be taken 1 hour before bed time on especially hard days. Many professional athletes use Nomio 1-4 times per week.

How should I store Nomio?
- Nomio has a best-before date 8 months after production if stored refrigerated. However, they last up to 17 weeks in room temperature, making it easy to bring it to trainings or travel it.
