With 4 inches of cored foam, MegaMat provides a soft sleep surface ideal for side sleepers. Dial in your exact firmness further by using the included Top-Up Pump to add more air or by opening the valve to purge excess air.

Pro Tip — It may sound counterintuitive, but if you find that your camping mat is just a little too hard, use the inflate valve to purge excess air. By opening the valve and pressing gently on the one-way flapper, you can release controlled bursts of air to reach the exact firmness you want. If you open the extra-large deflate valve, you may find yourself losing more air than you anticipated and need to top off your mat again.

Megamat Technology — Foam & air work together to form the base of your camping mat. Horizontal air channels in the foam take in air during self-inflation and purge air again for easier packing & storage (not to mention saving you a little extra weight). The cast-away foam pieces removed during the coring process are repurposed and used in other pieces of gear, such as our foam chip-insulated camping pillows.
