Dr. Wendy Robinson

Meet Wendy

Dr. Wendy Robinson was drawn to the Tahoe area due to its one-of-a-kind beauty and her love for the outdoors. In her free time, Dr. Robinson loves to spend her time in the beautiful outdoors of the Lake Tahoe area with her husband and two dogs, either running, hiking, biking, skiing or swimming.

Dr. Robinson has been a veterinarian for nearly 30 years and has been serving the Truckee and Tahoe regions for the past 24 years. She received her BS in animal science from California Polytechnic State University in 1991 and then pursued her veterinary degree at Oklahoma State University and received her veterinary degree in 1996.

Dr. Robinson spent the first 12 years practicing emergency and general medicine and surgery. This helped her gain valuable experience about overall patient care. Starting in 2003, Dr Robinson pursued new alternative options to treat her veterinary patients such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Rehabilitation and Nutrition. Using all the skills she has learned she is able to provide an integrative approach to the care of her patients. Dr. Robinson loves to help pet caretakers gain knowledge and be an advocate for their pet’s health.
