Features
Light, comfortable and a strong downhiller: The Ridge Pro ski touring boot for women is the ultimate partner for ambitious ski tours on alpine terrain. If never compromising on the mountain is everything to you, then the Ridge Pro is your boot. It is made just for a woman’s foot and delivers the perfect fusion of speed mountaineering and free touring. The boot boasts maximum performance and a comfortable fit both uphill and down. On the way to your perfect line, this premium boot scores as a fast, nimble climber. Once on the summit, it transforms into a first-class downhiller with just one-hand handling.
The heart of this new ski touring boot is the revolutionary, patented tongue construction, the “Floating Tongue.” On the climb, the tongue glides across the cuff horizontally with your motion. Together with the generous cuff rotation of 70 degrees, that enables a totally natural walking movement without any pressure points or friction. Whether you have a high or low instep, the Floating Tongue ensures long-lasting comfort down to the last meters of climbing. Using an easily operated adjustment dial, you can customize the volume three-dimensionally and very precisely to fit your needs.
Downhill, you can bring all you have to the ski with the Ridge Pro. With the relocation of the rear buckle, the Hoji Lock System has been put under tension. Cuff and shell are unified into one fully interlocking unit without any play for the best power transfer. The progressive flex sits at 110, and thus hits the sweet spot between stability, responsiveness, and smooth ski handling. The use of first-class Grilamid with carbon fibers makes the boot light, but nevertheless very durable and rigid. Ridge Pro Boot – ready for big challenges.
- Master Step: Just one click - revolutionized step in Tech bindings. The patented Master Step insert makes the entry even more easy. 50% Easier Entry. This is achieved through longer guidance grooves which are locking onto the binding's pins in a semi-circular upper overlap.

AI FAQs
AI generated FAQs about the W Ridge Pro Boot
How do I know what size to order?
The W Ridge Pro Boot is offered in women’s sizes 23.0 through 25.5. Its medium 99–101 mm last and three-dimensional volume adjustment help you fine-tune the fit across that size range.
Are these boots narrow, wide, or standard in the forefoot?
The W Ridge Pro has a medium 99–101 mm forefoot last. This places it in a medium-fit category rather than a specifically narrow or wide shell.
Can I adjust how snug these boots fit around my ankle and calf?
The W Ridge Pro uses an adjustment dial for precise three-dimensional volume customization, along with a two-buckle closure and power strap. You can use these fit systems to secure the boot for touring and downhill skiing.
Can I walk comfortably in these boots, or are they stiff?
The W Ridge Pro has 70° of cuff rotation and a Floating Tongue that moves horizontally with your stride. You get a natural walking motion with reduced pressure points and friction on the climb, while the 110 flex provides downhill support.
Do these boots have good ankle support, or will my feet roll around?
The Hoji Lock System unifies the cuff and shell into a fully interlocking unit without play for power transfer. This locked downhill configuration is built to give you a secure, responsive connection to the ski.
Will these boots work with my current skis and bindings?
The W Ridge Pro is compatible with Tech bindings and uses Master Step tech inserts. You can use it with a Tech binding setup, including touring bindings designed around Tech pins.
What kind of binding system do these boots use?
The W Ridge Pro uses the Tech binding system with patented Master Step tech inserts. The inserts’ longer guidance grooves are designed to make entry into Tech bindings easier.
How well do these boots hold up to the repeated impact of skiing?
The W Ridge Pro uses carbon-fiber-reinforced Grilamid, a shell material built to be light, durable, and rigid. This construction supports demanding alpine touring and downhill use while keeping boot weight at 1,130 g.
Are these boots made for beginners, advanced skiers, or somewhere in between?
The W Ridge Pro is made for women pursuing ambitious alpine ski touring, blending speed-mountaineering and freeride-touring performance. Its 110 flex and downhill-focused Hoji Lock System suit committed touring objectives rather than a beginner-specific setup.
How much feedback and control will these boots give me?
The W Ridge Pro combines a progressive 110 flex with a Hoji Lock System that creates a cuff-and-shell unit without play. You get responsive ski handling and strong power transfer when skiing downhill.
