AI FAQs
AI generated FAQs about the Atomic Backland Pure Binding Black/Gunmetal
How do I know if these bindings will fit my boots?
These bindings fit touring or freeride boots with tech inserts and are specified for ISO 9523 touring boots. The tech pins engage the boot’s tech inserts for alpine touring use.
Can I adjust the binding to fit my boot size, or is it fixed?
These bindings have a 30 mm sole-length adjustment range. That adjustment lets you accommodate boot sole lengths within that 30 mm range.
How easy is it to switch from climbing uphill to skiing downhill?
The climbing aid changes to 0°, 7°, or 13° with a simple flick of a ski pole. Its two climbing aids operate separately from the heel tower, giving you three stated climbing positions.
Will these bindings hold up if I'm skiing hard or in rough terrain?
These bindings are built for durability and use a broad 40 mm mounting. The broad mount is designed for maximum power transmission on wide skis while reducing the risk of screws pulling out.
